Welcome to Speed Booking UK. These Terms of Service outline the terms and conditions under which we provide our fast-track driving test booking services. By using our services, making a payment, or interacting with us in any way, you agree to be bound by these terms.


1. About Speed Booking UK

Speed Booking UK is a fast-track driving test booking service that connects customers with earlier test dates across the UK, including inside and outside of London. We work with trusted agencies, use advanced Test Finder software, and liaise directly with the DVSA to ensure quick and reliable bookings.


2. Booking Confirmation

  • Once your test is successfully booked, you will receive an email confirmation directly from the DVSA. This confirmation will include details such as the test centre, date, and time.
  • Any changes to your test (e.g., cancellations or reschedules) will be communicated by the DVSA via email or phone.
  • In some cases, you may need to manually retrieve your confirmation by:
    1. Visiting the DVSA Login Page.
    2. Logging in with your driving licence number and booking reference.
    3. Updating your contact email in the "Candidate Details" section.
    • Please send us a screenshot of your confirmation email once received.

3. Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

  1. Bank Transfer: Our preferred payment method for secure and quick processing.
  2. Online Payment Link (via Stripe): Accepts Debit Cards, Credit Cards, AMEX, Apple Pay, and Klarna. Klarna allows you to spread payments over 3–4 months interest-free.

Returning Customers: For loyal customers, we may allow payment after confirmation upon request.


4. Refund Policy

  • DVSA Refunds:
    • £62 for weekday tests.
    • £75 for weekend tests.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Administrative fees are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of sourcing your test through our system and agency partnerships.
  • To cancel your booking, notify us before the DVSA’s last cancellation date, noted on your confirmation email. No refunds are available after this date.
  • Test changes must be coordinated with our admin team before the cancellation deadline.

5. Test Swapping / Existing Test Bookings

  • The DVSA permits only one test booking per candidate at a time. To book a fast-track test, your existing test must be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled tests will be processed by the DVSA and typically take 2–5 working days.
  • Manual Swapping Option: We work with one agency capable of manually swapping your test by contacting the DVSA without cancelling the original. In this case:
    • You will pay all applicable admin fees as usual, minus the DVSA fees already paid for your original booking.

6. Confirmation Time Frame

  • Booking confirmation typically takes a few hours after payment.
  • During weekends, bank holidays, or periods of high demand, confirmation may take up to 48 hours.
  • Our admin team will keep you informed throughout the process.

7. Accuracy of Information

To ensure a smooth booking, you must provide accurate details, including:

  • Driving Licence Number
  • Theory Test Number
  • Full Name and Contact Information

Incorrect information may result in a failed booking. In such cases:

  • We will issue a full refund.
  • Additional fees may apply for rebooking as we incur costs from failed bookings.

8. After Failing a Driving Test

  • The next test date must be at least 10 working days after your previous test.
  • Bookings made within this timeframe cannot be processed, and charges may apply for invalid attempts (£10–£30).
  • If you are unsure, contact our admin team to confirm your eligibility.

9. Why Do Prices Vary?

  • Fast-track driving test prices start at £190, including VAT and DVSA fees.
  • Prices vary depending on:
    • Test centre, date, and time.
    • Agency charges for securing your booking.
    • Special circumstances, such as high demand or last-minute bookings.
  • As of 1st October 2024, all prices include VAT.

10. External Factors & DVSA Changes

  • Speed Booking UK facilitates bookings through the DVSA but is not responsible for changes made by the DVSA, such as:
    • Rescheduling due to examiner availability, weather, or administrative issues.
  • If the DVSA reschedules your test, they will automatically rebook you within 30 days.
  • For further adjustments, contact the DVSA directly.

11. Complaints and Disputes

12. Email Marketing Consent

By making a payment, you consent to being added to our email marketing list to:

  • Receive updates on new services and products.
