Speed booking Terms and Conditions

 Speed Booking's fast track driving test process is designed to be simple and efficient, allowing you to secure your test quickly and conveniently. It involves just four easy steps:

Choose your Test Centre and Date: Select your preferred test center and date from the various options available on our Instagram or WhatsApp page. We offer a wide range of choices to suit your schedule and location preferences.

Fill in the Form: After you've made your selection, we'll send you a form via direct message. This form is straightforward and requires essential information such as your name, address, and contact details. Just complete the form with your details.

Send Payment: Once the form is filled, you can make a secure and swift payment via bank transfer. This ensures that your booking is confirmed without delay. Your peace of mind is important to us, and we've streamlined the payment process for your convenience.

 Confirmation Email: Shortly after we receive your payment, you will receive a confirmation email from the DVLA  within the next 2-3 hours. This email will contain all the vital details you need for your fast track driving test, ensuring you are fully prepared and informed for your upcoming test. At Speed Booking, we're dedicated to simplifying and expediting the process of booking your driving test, so you can focus on preparing and passing your test with confidence. We're here to support your journey to becoming a licensed driver, and our four-step process is designed to make it as easy as possible.

Confirmation Email / Proof of Booking:

Once your test is successfully booked, you will receive an email directly from the DVSA. Any changes to your test will be communicated by the DVSA through email or a phone call. In certain situations, we may request you to handle the DVSA email confirmation yourself, which is a straightforward process outlined below: To receive your DVSA email confirmation and test results, visit https://driverpracticaltest.dvsa.gov.uk/login. Log in using your driving license number and booking reference. Update details in the candidate section. You will receive an email from the DVSA within 5 to 10 minutes upon completion. The email must be updated to ensure any changes made by DVSA will be sent. Please provide us with a screenshot of the DVSA email once it arrives in your inbox. All proof of bookings can be accessed on the DVSA website.

External factors & DVLA moving test Speed Booking

Speed Booking facilitates DVSA driving test bookings as an intermediary. We're not liable for any changes by the DVSA, who oversee tests. Factors like weather, instructor availability, or administrative changes may lead to test rescheduling. If your test is rescheduled, you'll be notified by the DVSA. Contact them directly for inquiries. While we strive to secure your preferred dates, circumstances may lead to changes beyond our control. By using our service, you agree that any rescheduling is the DVSA's responsibility. Contact us with any questions.

Refund Policy:

Concerning refunds provided by Speed Booking, we offer a £62 refund for weekday tests and a £75 refund for weekend tests. Please be aware that all other administrative fees are non-refundable. Kindly consider this policy before making a purchase. While your test date is typically fixed, depending on the agency through which your test is booked, there may be an opportunity for test swapping. For more information on swapping your driving test, please refer to the "Test Swapping" section.

Why Do Prices Vary?

Fast track driving tests dates start from  £190 (Including DVSA fees)  depending on test time, date, centre & agency charges. We collaborate with various driving test agencies and schools to offer a wide selection of test dates. Our prices differ based on the rates charged by each agency we work with for booking your test date.

 Test Swapping / If You Already Have a Test Booked:

If you wish to fast track a test you've already booked but haven't done so with Speed Booking, the process is straightforward. As the DVLA only allows one test booking at a time, we will need to cancel your current test to make a new fast track booking at your request. The refund for the cancelled test will be processed by the DVLA and should reach you within 2 to 5 working days. We recommend canceling your current test before booking with Speed Booking, as it streamlines the administrative process for securing a new fast track slot.

Can I Change My Test Once I Have Booked with Speed Booking?

If you have booked a test through Speed Booking, the possibility of swapping your driving test depends on the agency with which we made the booking. As we collaborate with numerous agencies, some allow test swaps while others do not. Prior to booking, please verify with our admin team whether your test is changeable and inquire about any additional administrative fees involved. Please be aware that test swapping costs may vary from £30 to £70, contingent on the agency with which your test is booked. Data Protection: We are committed to adhering to all government data protection regulations as we handle a significant amount of personal information when booking fast track driving tests.

 Time Frame of Confirmation: Please note that confirmation following payment may take up to 24 hours. Typically, you will receive confirmation within minutes, but it may take up to 3 hours if we need to cancel a previously booked test.

 Is the next for Automatic or Manual?

All test dates provided by Speed Booking UK cover both manual and automatic transmissions, depending on the type of car you bring on the day. If you bring a manual car and pass, you will be licensed to drive both manual and automatic vehicles. However, if you pass in an automatic car, your license will be limited to driving automatic vehicles exclusively thereafter.

Email Updates:

Please be aware that upon booking a test date with us, you'll be added to our email list, through which we provide updates to customers one to two times a week. These updates include current test dates, special offers, and important news regarding the DVSA that may impact driving test schedules, which we highly recommend all customers review. If you prefer not to receive these updates, please notify us during the payment process for your driving test, and we will remove you from our mailing list. Additionally, you have the option to unsubscribe from the emails at any time by simply scrolling down to the bottom of the email and clicking the unsubscribe button.

Data Protection:

At Speed Booking UK, we are dedicated to upholding all government data protection rules, as we handle a substantial amount of personal information during the process of booking fast track driving tests. We understand the importance of safeguarding your data and privacy.

The Data Protection Act 2018 is the regulatory framework that governs how your personal information is utilized by organizations, businesses, or government entities. This Act is the UK's implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which sets stringent standards for data protection.

Our Commitment to Data Privacy: Rest assured, any information provided to Speed Booking will be treated with the utmost care. We follow strict data protection practices to ensure your data remains secure. We do not share your personal information, and it is stored on private database servers, safeguarded against unauthorized access.

Information Shared with Agencies: In the course of booking your fast track driving tests, the only information passed on to the agencies we collaborate with are your driving license numbers and theory numbers. We do this to facilitate the booking process efficiently, without compromising the security of your other personal details.

Your privacy and data protection are paramount to us, and we remain committed to upholding the highest standards of data security. Crash Course Refund Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we want to provide clarity on our refund policy. Please take note of the following terms:

1. Refund Amount: In the event that you are unable to make your scheduled test date, we can offer a 50% refund of the total amount paid. This refund will be processed promptly. It's important to understand that once the payment is received, we incur various costs, including administrative fees for instructor arrangements, upfront payments to instructors, hotel reservations, and securing fast-track driving test slots.

2. Rescheduling: If you provide more than 2 week's notice before your scheduled crash course date, there may be an opportunity to reschedule your course. However, please be aware that rescheduling comes with an additional cost of 10-20% to cover the incurred expenses. We kindly request that you check your availability thoroughly before confirming your crash course date to avoid these additional charges.

3. External Factors: We acknowledge that external factors, such as adverse weather conditions or examiner unavailability, can affect test dates. In such rare instances, where rescheduling is necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, our dedicated team will reach out to you. Please note that rescheduling in these situations may come with a slight increase in cost, as we work to secure a new test date and examiner.
