Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Speed Booking UK, we pride ourselves on offering a fast, reliable, and transparent service. Below is our refund policy so you fully understand how refunds and cancellations work when booking through us.
Customer Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your fast-track driving test booking, we are happy to offer a refund of the DVSA fees only.

Please note:
All admin, agency, and service fees charged by Speed Booking UK are non-refundable. These fees cover the time, resources, and booking efforts involved in securing your test date and are clearly stated at checkout.
We highly recommend you confirm your availability and your driving instructor's availability before confirming a booking to avoid cancellation charges.
Failed Booking Policy
In rare cases, a booking may fail due to external reasons such as DVSA system errors, license issues, or unavailability of the test date after payment has been made.
If this happens, you have two options:
1️⃣ Full Refund – We will issue a full refund, including DVSA fees and admin fees.
2️⃣ Rebook ASAP – You can choose to leave your payment on hold with us for 48 hours so we can attempt to find and rebook a similar test date. If we cannot secure a new booking within this time, we will issue a full refund.
Failed bookings are rare but can happen from time to time. We will always communicate clearly and promptly if this occurs.
External Factors
Speed Booking UK works independently from the DVSA (Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency). Occasionally, the DVSA may cancel or move your driving test booking due to reasons outside of our control, such as:

Examiner availability

Bad weather conditions

Strike action

Vehicle issues at the test centre

DVSA operational changes
If your test is moved or cancelled by the DVSA:
Speed Booking UK is not liable for these changes. The DVSA will typically reschedule your test at no extra cost, and you will be notified directly by them via email.
If you are unable to attend the new date, you must contact the DVSA directly to request a reschedule.
