Terms and Conditions for this Finders Service

  • How will you be notified of booking? We will notify you via email, WhatsApp, or phone once we have a test date reserved for you. Please note that we have an 8-hour window to secure the test date, so prompt replies are appreciated. Also, ensure with your driving instructor that their car will be available on the chosen day.
  • How do you get your test dates when there is a backlog? To obtain test dates despite backlogs, we collaborate with over 10 fast track driving test agencies and driving schools. Typically, accessing fast track test slots requires booking a minimum 5-lesson crash course. However, at Speed Booking UK, we've established robust relationships with these companies and have contracts allowing us to resell their test dates to our Speed Booking customers directly.
  • What if I am not happy with the test date? If the reserved test date doesn't meet your preferences, we'll send it back, and our system will find another date that suits you better, which may take up to 14 working days depending on test time, date, and center. Within the £240 fee, you're allowed to skip up to three test dates. Beyond this limit, an additional charge of £240 will apply.
  • What if I want to change my test date? Most test dates booked through this service are fixed and cannot be changed unless another customer is willing to swap with you. If the test date purchased is swappable, you'll be notified upon confirmation. Be certain about your test date before confirming to avoid complications.
  • How will I get confirmation? Once your test is successfully booked, you'll receive an email directly from the DVSA. Any changes to your test will be communicated by the DVSA via email or phone call. In certain situations, we may request you to handle the DVSA email confirmation yourself, which is a straightforward process outlined below:
    • Visit DVSA login page
    • Log in using your driving license number and booking reference.
    • Update details in the candidate section.
    • You'll receive an email from the DVSA within 5 to 10 minutes upon completion. Please provide us with a screenshot of the DVSA email once it arrives in your inbox. All proof of bookings can be accessed on the DVSA website.
  • Is the next for Automatic or Manual? All test dates provided by Speed Booking UK cover both manual and automatic transmissions, depending on the type of car you bring on the day. Passing in a manual car grants you a license to drive both manual and automatic vehicles. Passing in an automatic car restricts your license to driving automatic vehicles only.
  • How long will it take to find me a test date? We aim to secure a Fast Track Test date for you within 7 to 14 working days of payment confirmation. If the provided test date doesn't meet your satisfaction, we'll conduct another search. Remember, the finder's payment includes up to three searches. Additionally, if you opt for a test date already in stock, we offer a discount ranging from 10 to 20%.
  • What if the test date is changed by the DVSA test center or external factors? Speed Booking facilitates driving test bookings through the DVSA but is not responsible for changes made by them. If your test is rescheduled by the DVSA, you'll receive an email directly from them with the new details. For inquiries about test changes, please contact the DVSA directly.

    Refund Policy

    When it comes to refunds, we provide a £62 refund for weekday tests and a £75 refund for weekend tests. Please note that all other administrative fees are non-refundable. Within the £240 fee, you're entitled to skip only three test dates. Beyond this limit, a charge of £240 will apply again.

Your data is securely stored and not shared with third parties, except for necessary details like driving license and theory numbers for fast track driving test bookings. We maintain the highest standards of data security and welcome any questions or concerns you may have.
