🔄 Booking Process

Once we receive your payment, we immediately begin the process of securing your fast-track driving test. Please note that the test is not booked instantly — we work with trusted booking software and third-party agencies to locate and secure cancellations.

- Standard confirmation time: A few hours during working hours.

- Maximum wait time: Up to 48 hours during weekends or outside business hours.

For example, if you book on a Friday evening, you can expect confirmation by Monday or Tuesday at the latest.

Once your test is confirmed, you’ll receive:

- A DVSA confirmation email

- A message from our admin team with the date, time, and test centre

- A step-by-step guide on how to check and manage your test via the DVSA website


⚠️ What If the Booking Fails?

While our software is highly reliable, booking failures can occasionally happen due to availability changes or DVSA system issues.

If your booking fails, you’ll have two options:

1) Immediate full refund via your original payment method

2) Allow us 48 hours to secure a similar test at the same centre or nearby

If we cannot secure an alternative within 48 hours, you will automatically receive a 100% refund. We have a strict no-loss policy for failed bookings — we’ll never leave you out of pocket.


🔁 Swapping Test Dates

Please note that test dates are very difficult to swap once booked.
We work with fixed agency allocations and DVSA restrictions, meaning:

- We cannot guarantee that swaps will be possible

- A swap typically requires another customer to take your current test slot

- Swap fees from booking partners range from £30–£70, where available

Important: We recommend that customers are 100% sure about the test date before making payment.


🔐 Locking Your Driving Test with the DVSA

Once your test is booked, we recommend calling the DVSA to lock your test date.
This prevents any third party (including other companies you may have shared your licence number with) from cancelling or modifying your test.

🚗 Transmission Type

All test dates booked are compatible with both manual and automatic cars — your licence will depend on the type of vehicle you bring:

- Bring a manual car → Get a manual & automatic licence

- Bring an automatic car → Licence will be automatic-only


📅 Already Have a Test Booked?

No problem — you don’t need to cancel it yourself.
Once we book your new test, the DVSA system will automatically cancel your existing booking and refund you directly within 2–5 working days.

Our prices already include DVSA fees, so you don’t need to worry about double-charging.


🅿️ Placeholder Test Dates

Sometimes we may book a temporary test slot (a placeholder) in order to swap you to your preferred centre.
This is part of our standard booking process.

Important:
If you see a random test appear on your DVSA account after payment, please do not cancel it. Doing so will cancel the entire booking process, and the slot will be lost.
You will be swapped to your preferred test shortly after.


❌ Cancelling After Payment

Once your booking has been submitted, we begin working immediately.
Cancellations are only possible within a very short window, and will incur an admin charge ranging from £30–£100, depending on how far the process has gone.

Please contact us urgently if you wish to cancel. If the test is already booked, our standard refund policy (below) applies.


💳 Refund Policy

If you’re unable to attend your test after it’s been booked, we can only refund the DVSA portion of the booking, based on DVSA cancellation terms:

- Weekday tests: £62 refundable

- Weekend tests: £75 refundable

All admin and agency fees are non-refundable, as our service will have already been provided.

We strongly advise being 100% sure of your test date and readiness before making payment.
