Thank you for choosing Speed Booking UK and our Premium Test Finder Service. Before proceeding, please carefully review the terms and conditions below. By making payment, you agree to these terms and confirm that you understand the process and service we provide.

Important Note

You may notice a random test date on your license—this is standard procedure. Our booking system temporarily books a placeholder test before swapping it for your preferred date. If you see a random test, please leave it as is!


1. Service Overview

The Premium Test Finder Service is a tailored fast-track service designed to source your earliest possible driving test date. Our team will provide you with three driving test options within 14 working days based on your preferences.


2. Payment Terms

  • Service Fee: £230 (inclusive of DVSA fees, VAT, and admin costs).
  • Payment must be made upfront via our website.
  • Accepted payment methods include:
    • Debit/Credit Cards
    • AMEX
    • Apple Pay
    • Klarna (payment can be spread over 3–4 months interest-free).

3. Service Process

  • Once payment is received, our team will contact you within 24–48 hours via email or phone to collect the following details:

    • Full Name
    • Driving Licence Number
    • Theory Test Number
    • Contact Email and Phone Number
    • Preferred Test Centre and Earliest Available Test Date.
  • Our admin team will search for test slots starting from your earliest availability and up to 14 working days beyond your requested date.

  • You will be offered up to three test dates within this period.


4. Test Date Options and Acceptance

  • You may skip up to three test dates that are offered to you. After rejecting three options, you will need to purchase the service again to continue.
  • Once you accept a test date, we will proceed to secure the booking, and confirmation will be sent to you directly from the DVSA.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued only for the DVSA fees (£62 for weekdays or £75 for weekends) if:
    • You cannot make your driving test for any external factor 
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Admin and service fees are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of processing your booking.
  • If you fail to provide accurate information (e.g., incorrect driving licence number or theory expiry details), no refunds will be issued for failed bookings.
  • A full refund will be given if we cannot find you a driving test within the 14 day window from payment.

6. Accuracy of Information

To ensure a successful booking process, it is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including:

  • Driving Licence Number
  • Theory Test Number and Expiry Date
  • Full Name and Contact Details

Inaccurate details may result in failed bookings. If this occurs:

  1. The DVSA fees may be refunded.
  2. A rebooking fee may apply, as additional charges are incurred.

7. Test Confirmation

  • Once your test is booked, you will receive a confirmation email directly from the DVSA.
  • If required, you may be asked to retrieve the confirmation manually through the DVSA portal using your booking reference and licence details.
  • Please notify us immediately upon receiving the DVSA confirmation and share a screenshot for our records.

8. Service Limitations

  • The Premium Test Finder Service does not guarantee specific test dates or times, as availability is subject to the DVSA’s live booking system.
  • The service does not cover test cancellations or changes made by the DVSA, including weather disruptions or examiner unavailability.

9. After Failing a Driving Test

  • If you fail a driving test, your next test must be scheduled at least 10 working days after the previous test.
  • Test bookings made within this period cannot be processed, and additional fees may apply for invalid bookings.

10. Complaints and Disputes

  • If you have any complaints or issues, please contact our admin team via WhatsApp at 07928194509 for a swift resolution.
  • We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and efficiently.

11. Data Protection

  • We comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR regulations.
  • Your personal information is shared only with trusted booking agencies to facilitate your driving test booking.
  • All data is stored securely and never shared with unauthorized third parties.

12. Final Notes

By using our Premium Test Finder Service, you agree to these terms and understand that test availability is subject to the DVSA and other external factors. We aim to provide the best possible service to help you fast-track your test and get on the road sooner.
